Upgrading your home boiler with an Air Source Heat Pump

Introducing the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), where the government offers £7,500 grants to incentivise property owners to adopt low-carbon heating systems like heat pumps. These grants aim to alleviate the initial costs associated with embracing eco-friendly heating technologies.

Operated by OFGEM, the Scheme requires installers to apply for the grant on behalf of homeowners. As certified MCS registered installers, we're authorised by the government to facilitate these grants for our clients, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. We'll guide you through the process and determine your eligibility for the grant.

This initiative, with funds earmarked to support 90,000 homes, is set to commence in October 2023.

Application procedures for consumers have not been disclosed yet. The program is expected to run for three years and has drawn significant interest, potentially resulting in oversubscription.
