Proactive Solutions for New Installation
I needed to remove 2 old mega flow tanks from airing cupboards and install 2 new unvented tanks in the loft. I obtained 3 quotes from local and national heating engineers.
James, Rob, Liam, and Sam came recommended, and their quote was competitive. More importantly, they were very proactive and solution-oriented when quoting and on the job. The job involved a lot of additional piping work on an old install that was complex (part of a multi-date extension—pipework was like spaghetti junction) and needed to be done in a tight time frame to fit in with bathroom works.
Rob was focused on just getting the job done, no matter what cropped up along the way and was great at finding logical solutions to any problem.
He and Sam were great to have in the house - friendly, polite, worked really hard. Their pipework is all immaculate and you can tell that the team take real pride in their work - how refreshing!

I was recommended to this firm last year and they did a great job installing a new boiler in my downstairs cloakroom, which was a very small and awkward space to work in! One of their Engineers visited yesterday to carry out an Annual Service. I received an email today with my invoice and also the Gas Safe Certificate for me to print out.
